Unfortunately, Ball State University President Geoffrey Mearns says the state’s ban on crowds of more than 250 people makes it impossible to host a graduation ceremony.The Class of 2020, which was supposed to graduate a few months ago is being invited to be a part of the ceremony for the Class of 2021 next May.
