Davis beat out former Assemblyman Jason O’Donnell and local doctor Mitchell Brown to keep his spot. Davis’ council slate was projected to win as well, but the results were close in the 2nd Ward around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday (follow the numbers at this link.)Davis amassed 6,850 votes to O’Donnell’s 4,556. Brown got 525, and 17 voters wrote in a personal choice. last_img
