Graham has a broken thumb that he is playing through, and while it has yet to impact his ability to catch, he’s mostly being used as a decoy to avoid being further hurt. Meanwhile, Engram was struggling to get targets before hurting his hamstring in pre-game warmups against the Eagles. Both of those players are now out of the TE1 tier, so the streamers are now coming at a premium. For TEs in PPR, it’s best just to find a guy who gets targets and more specifically, red-zone targets. It’s really difficult to find consistency outside of the top-five options at the position, so just look for the guys getting targets. That’s the best way to identify a streamer.Reminder: Check back for updates during the week. And for more analysis on each player, check out our standard TE rankings for Week 13.  Our Week 13 fantasy TE PPR rankings are getting a bit of a boost this week, as Travis Kelce is returning after being on bye last week. Kelce will retake his rightful top-two spot in the PPR rankings and provide depth to the top tier. However, further down, the sleepers and streamers that many have been relying on this season are starting to thin out. And as the season goes along, TE is in danger of becoming the desolate wasteland that is was early in the 2018 campaign. One of the biggest injuries this week is the one to Jeff Heuerman. The Broncos TE was coming up on a favorable string of matchups that would have afforded him an opportunity to become a low-end TE1 for the rest of the season. Now, his season is over after he suffered broken ribs and a bruised lung against the Steelers. He will be replaced by Matt LaCosse in our rankings, but LaCosse hasn’t seen nearly enough targets to be relevant in PPR formats. Meanwhile, Jack Doyle (kidney) is reportedly out for the year, so another mid-tier streaming option will be lost this week.center_img MORE FANTASY: Rankings | DFS11Cameron Brate, Buccaneers vs. Panthers12C.J.
