first_imgA CRIMINAL caught by Gardaí during an operation to catch burglars in Donegal has been shot dead in a gangland hit.Paul “Ralph” Gallagher, 26, was shot three times during the incident in Ballymacan, Co Meath.A friend who was with him later raised the alarm.
