The two have spoken highly of each other in public as well.Today, Murray was asked by Tulsa World columnist Guerin Emig if he expects Tagovailoa to play against the Sooners in the Orange Bowl. The standout sophomore injured his ankle in Alabama’s SEC Championship Game win over Georgia.His status for the game has yet to be determined, but Murray certainly thinks Tagovailoa will be out there.“He’s a competitor,” Murray told Emig.I asked Kyler Murray if he thinks Tua is going to play in the Orange Bowl. “He’s a competitor.
